Annual Enchanted Forest in Montpelier

Experience Hubbard Park after dark during the annual Enchanted Forest in Montpelier. Follow a guided trail illuminated by hundreds of carved pumpkins and lanterns, with art, music, performers and magical characters appearing along the way.

The roughly one-hour walk travels from the New Shelter to Hubbard Park’s 54-foot stone tower, where visitors gather on the hillside for a performance before returning through the forest.

Tours leave every half hour from 4 to 8 p.m. Costumes are encouraged. Tickets are $18 for adults and $6 for children and youth under 18, plus service fees. Advance tickets are required.
