4th Annual Lavender 5K in Derby

Imagine running a 5K that begins and ends at a lavender farm—and indulging in gourmet mac and cheese afterward!  Join the 4th Annual Lavender 5k, and 2nd Annual Mac & Cheese Fest!

This is a family event, all ages are welcome, walkers and runners. The course is located at the tip of Vermont, along the Canadian border on family farmland. This course includes rolling hills, fields, dirt roads, and a little bit of tarmac. We have been told by some past participants that this is a challenging course!

Registration is $30 now through Aug. 4 (price is $40 on race day). Runners and walkers over 80 or under 10 enter for free. One dollar of every entrance fee will be donated to the Halo Foundation. The Halo Foundation is a local charity that helps local families who are battling cancer.

Snacks and water provided for participants. The Mac & Cheese Fest is at noon and costs $15. Come see some other local vendors after the race as well. (No dogs please)
