Annual Whitingham Fishing Derby

$10The 13th Annual Whitingham Firemen’s Association Fishing Derby on Lake Sadawga includes prizes for the heaviest fish in two categories—perch and pickerel. First place wins $500; second place $300; third $100; and fourth $50.
Get your tickets and bait at C&S Beverage in Wilmington. Tickets also available at the Whitingham Town Clerk’s Office and at the derby’s headquarters. Bait will be sold on ice.
An accompanying adult must fill outa ticket for children ages 5 and under. Kids under 5 admitted free.
