Art in the Park Festival in Rutland

Chaffee Art Center’s 64th Annual Art in the Park Fall Foliage Festival is Vermont’s oldest continuously running art event.

You’ll find juried fine artists, craftspeople, and specialty food producers, plus live music, demonstrations, kids’ activities, games, and food vendors.

New this year are special demos by The Carving Studio & Sculpture Center on Saturday and Sunday, and artist Ann McFarren on Saturday from noon to 3 p.m.

Enjoy a variety of unique handcrafts and fine art that will be on exhibit and available for purchase at the outdoor festival. The visual arts are represented by a selection of oil paintings, watercolors, acrylics, mixed media, and photographs.

A voluntary donation is appreciated. The event is the Chaffee Art Center’s major fund-raising event, which happens twice yearly in mid-summer and autumn.
