Call for Art: Artists in the House 2026 at Henry Sheldon Museum

In conjunction with our two upcoming exhibits, Uncovering Wallpaper Design and Timekeeping, the Henry Sheldon Museum is curating this year’s iteration of Artists in the House Exhibit and Fundraiser around themes of time and design.

Selected works will be shown in the kitchen gallery on the first floor of the museum with an opening on May 21, 2026.

This show is an annual fundraising event, and all submitted art must be available for sale. At the conclusion of the show, artists and the museum will each receive a 50% split of the final bid. The delivery of artwork to the museum is the responsibility of the artist. Shipping of any unsold art at the conclusion of the show will be coordinated by the museum and artist.

Details and important dates: Vermont emerging and established artist working in 2D & 3D media are invited to submit up to TWO (2) pieces for review by AITH committee selection.

Submissions are due by March 6, 2026 at noon.
