Dairy Day at Shelburne Farms

Meet spring calves and the Brown Swiss herd at Shelburne Farms.  Take a wagon ride to see the pastures and then watch the calves get their afternoon milk.  Check out our big dairy machines, go on a dairy quest, and enjoy a variety of other activities.

Explore the barns and buildings at the dairy and see how the farm gets the milk that makes its award-winning cheddar cheese.  The cows will come down the lane for afternoon milking in “cow parade” style and can be viewed in the parlor while they are machine milked.

$5 per car; walkers admitted free.
