In his ongoing project to play a concert in every one of Vermont’s 252 municipalities, David tailors each program to the history and features of the hosting town. However, certain pieces that speak to statewide matters are often repeated, and the Ohavi Zedek concert is centered on three staples of the Play Every Town repertoire, all monumental movements, all in the triumphant key of C major.
