Draft Animal Day in Woodstock

Teamsters from Vermont and beyond will gather for Draft Animal Day at Billings Farm & Museum. Enjoy a day packed full of demonstrations and activities showcasing draft horses, steers, and oxen.
Local 4-H Clubs and Teamsters from across New England will participate in skills development clinics in fitting and show, cart class, and stone boat. Visitors can try their hand at plowing the fields, enjoy the parade of oxen and working steers, and get up close to a beautiful draft horse with a harnessing demonstration.
