Ghana Summer Celebration in Montpelier

Shidaa Projects invites you to celebrate summer Ghana style with a West African Drumming and Dance performance hosted by Montpelier Roxbury Public School’s Club Action.
Move your feet to the African beat with the Shidaa Drum and Dance Troupe featuring renowned dancer and choreographer Samuel “Maama” Marquay. There will be African clothing, artifacts, fans and more for sale at this event. Bring your water bottle.
This event is fun for the whole family with plenty of opportunities for audience participation.
Admission $20 at the door; kids under 10 free.
