Independence Day Celebration in Island Pond

Don’t miss the Island Pond Independence Day Parade at 11 a.m., followed by the American Legion Chicken Barbecue at noon and a kids scavenger hunt at 1 p.m. Enjoy music by Jamie Lee Thurston at Catamount Stage in Lakeside Park at 6 p.m. Be sure to stick around for fireworks at 9:30 p.m.
