Indigenous People’s Day Rocks! in Stowe

The 5th Annual Indigenous Peoples’ Day Rocks (IPD Rocks!) in Stowe is a daylong celebration of Vermont’s Indigenous culture, customs, music, drumming, dancing and community.

The event will feature Grammy nominated Baton Rouge bluesman Kenny Neal, Vermont’s own electrifying singer Dave Keller, and DC’s Queen of the Blues ~ Carly Harvey.

The event directly benefits Abenaki Helping Abenaki, a 501(c)(3) organization that addresses health disparity among Vermont’s Native people, provides a strategy of land access, and supports the Abenaki Food Security Program. The celebration is a collaboration with Chief Donald Stevens of the Nulhegan Abenaki Nation.
