Get ready for a night of frights and fun the Library After Dark Masquerade in Montpelier.
At the Kellogg-Hubbard Library’s Halloween celebration, you’ll enjoy live music and dancing, costume contest, tarot readings, refreshments, supervised kid zone, scary movie screening and more.
Costumes encouraged and fun is guaranteed!
