Throw on your mud boots for an evening of sugarbush exploration, sugarhouse feasting, and sugar shack delight!
We’ll fuel up with our first course—a handheld Fried Chicken + Waffle Cone with Garlic-Fermented Maple—before embarking into the sugarbush trails. The Palmer family will guide us to the still-standing relics of the original sugar shack from the farm.
Once we’ve accounted for everyone from the woods, we’ll dip inside the maple house for our long table feast! Exec Chef Eric Hodet is plotting an insane, Vermont farm-driven dinner that weaves in threads of tapped maple glory to each dish.
Bonus: all four courses features a professionally paired cocktail or wine selection, available with or without alcohol.
Guests take home a mini bottle of Palmer’s maple syrup, a keepsake to remember our adventure.
