Newport Spook-tacular Halloween

The Newport Halloween Spook-tacular kicks off at 1 p.m. downtown for the Pumpkin Palooza contest. Trick or treating begins at the same time at Main Street businesses, from 1-2:30 p.m.
The Halloween Procession will then begin at 2:30 p.m., at the parklet next to city office, followed by a scavenger hunt at 3 p.m. The day concludes with the final night of the Haunted Campground at Prouty Beach.
