The 13th annual Pocock Rocks Music Festival and Street Fair on Main Street in Bristol features merchants, food trucks, children’s activities and live music.
What does Pocock mean? The town was originally founded as Pocock on June 26, 1762, in honor of a distinguished English admiral. The town’s name was changed, for unknown reasons, to Bristol in 1789.
