Proctor Fall Festival

The Proctor Fall Festival is a family-fun event complete with music, pony rides, a bouncy house, pumpkin decorating, a fireman’s BBQ, a magic show, fireworks and more. Fireworks will be at dusk at the ballfields on Elm Street.
