Rescheduled Paran Plunge in North Bennington

After a three year hiatus and a postponement this year, the annual Paran Plunge is back. The Paran Plunge, an annual fundraiser for Paran Recreations located in North Bennington, will return  at Lake Paran. Teams and brave individuals will jump into the bone-chilling lake while raising money for Lake Paran and the North Bennington Fire Department.

You can register for the Plunge in advance at lakeparanvt.org/events or register on the day of the plunge starting at 11am.

To participate, registrants ages 8 and up will pay an entry fee of $10 and raise an additional $20-$200 from sponsors. Teams are expected to begin plunging at noon.
