Rutland Halloween Parade

Don’t miss the Rutland Halloween Parade, an annual tradition since 1960. Parade route is Madison Street and Strongs Avenue to Wales Street, left to West Street, left onto Merchants Row, and ending at the plaza.
Parade line up is at 5:30 p.m.
