Sheldon Old Home Day

Sheldon Old Home Day celebrates the town’s heritage and the nation’s 250th birthday. This year’s event, “Let Freedom Ring,” kicks off with live music at 10 a.m. at the Legion Memorial, followed by a parade at 11 a.m. on Bridge and Main Streets.
After the parade, enjoy a BBQ from Bob’s Meat Market ($15), more live music, a program with Senator Robert Norris, and exhibits featuring antique cars, animals, and face painting.
