The first first Sunday of each month features a regular Sunday yoga series at the Jamaica Town Hall!
Bring your own mat and we’ll provide excellent instruction and good community vibes!

This class invites you to explore breath, movement and mindfulness through a slow and gentle practice using a mat or chair for stability and support.
