Shelburne Museum, the largest art and history museum in northern New England, opens for the season. The museum’s 45-acre campus includes nine buildings, 25 of which are historic and were relocated to the museum. Open daily 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 15-Oct. 22, 2023.
Rokeby Museum opens for the season. The museum’s main exhibition, Free & Safe: The Underground Railroad in Vermont, as well as trails and historic buildings will be open to the public. Tours of the historic house will be at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Admission $8-$10.
