Wassail Weekend in Woodstock

The annual Wassail Weekend on Dec. 8-10 in Woodstock is one of the most eventful holiday traditions in Vermont. The weekend festival includes holiday lights, sleigh rides, singing, and the famous Wassail Horse & Carriage Parade. For more information, visit www.woodstockvt.com.
Vermont Holiday Markets
Holiday markets can be found throughout Vermont in communities such as Cabot, Winooski, Arlington, Greensboro, Burlington, Guilford, Barre, Bradford, Brattleboro and Jamaica. Winter Lights at Shelburne Museum
The annual Winter Lights at Shelburne Museum from Nov. 24 to Jan. 6, 2024 features a dazzling visual display of holiday lights around the museum’s campus. New offerings this year include lighting the Locomotive 220 and Grand Isle Rail Car at the Train Station. Putney Craft Tour

The 45th annual Putney Craft Tour Nov. 24-26 is a chance to meet some of Vermont’s most prominent makers at their own studios. Holiday Bazaar and Christmas in Weston
Two festive events return to Weston for the holiday season. The Weston Christmas Bazaar at Walker Farm will be Nov. 24-25 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event features over 50 artisans, holiday gifts and decorations, handmade crafts, specialty foods and more. Christmas in Weston returns on Dec. 2 between 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and includes shopping, food, a visit with Santa and more.
